Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is one of the top sources of employment anywhere in the world. They have a wide range of opportunities to choose from, which does not require high standard qualifications as long as you are fluent in speaking English language. When BPO companies, established outsourcing to the Philippines, they lessen the rate of unemployment. They also offer a high rate of compensation and benefits compared to ordinary jobs. According to one of my friends who are working as Human Resource in one of the call centers in Davao City said that they processed at least 200 applicants everyday which will undergo training and deployment to different places in the Philippines. That is why as part of their campaign they visited schools and even hold and joined job fairs to inform the public that they are hiring people.
